Thanks sis this was an easy pick for me as I have quite a lot of old china. I got the beautiful roses from my neighbour and have them near the kitchen. Every time I go into the kitchen I can smell them.

I had trouble finding a cobweb in my garden as I had spent last week giving it a tidy up. We went to this historic house today and found this very thick cobweb on this bush.

This amazing building is in Auckland. It loses it's leaves and also the leaves turn red in autumn. I heard it is a gentleman's club but not sure.

I only have to go to Cornwall Park to get photos. There is so much to see any time of the year. Note how big the lambs have got.

I will give you a clue, he is in the middle top third of the picture and he has been a busy boy as you can see from the eaten leaves. Can you see the raindrops on the succulent.

Today we headed out for the day. We were looking for a shopping centre and got lost. Peter turned right into this driveway with a long gravel road with just a small sign called "Hawthorn Den" historic country cafe. So we just had to have a look and ended up sitting in a beautiful tree covered setting outside this old house that had been turned into a cafe where we had devonshire tea. What a bonus.

STRANGE CLOUD COLOUR AND FORMATIONS

These photos were taken about 8pm tonight. I have never seen anything like them before. In the top picture can you see the pink heart shape.

OUR NEW RESIDENT

Outside one of our top story bedrooms a bird has a nest and a couple of weeks ago had three babies in our cabbage tree. She is very protective and every time I get the camera out to take a photo of the babies she rushes back to her nest.

And these are the three babies. They are two weeks old and have just opened their eyes today.

I was able to capture this shot when we were at Chipmonks Playground with Jolie. Jolie had already came down slide and saw these two come down. As you can see they were having fun.

Last weekend we were walking along Takapuna Beach and came across this amazing pooch who only had two front legs. Notice he even swam out to get the ball.

Ok it was taken in the winter time but she was having a great time with the water. By the time she was finished she was drenched. We had to go to op shop to get her some dry clothes. Any excuse to go and rummage.
