THE LOVE OF SISTERS

This week my three wonderful sisters rang me as they hadn't heard from me for a while and have been recovering from an illness leaving me a bit housebound and unable to do my badminton. Thanks sisters, I appreciate your concern and am so lucky  to not have one special sister but three. This was taken about seven years ago in Sydney for Sharon's 60th (third right). I liked this photo as we all looked very happy.

I was looking after Jolie today so asked Cassandra to put her in this dress as it was very autumy. So we went to a park by the zoo which has a large lake and lots of birds there. She was a little worried about them as there was two black swans and even I am wary of them.

The pink boots weren't quite in the theme but very hard to get her out of pink and she has outgrown her brown boots.

JACKY'S PICK FOR MAY - AUTUMN

Today I had to go to hospital to have a bone density test, which I am happy to say my bones are fine. I parked in the park so brought home these autumn leaves to take some photos of.

MY FLEA MARKET FINDS

I couldn't believe my luck when I found these beautiful ice skates in a box at the Takapuna market. I was a bit wary at first as they had these red plastic covers on the blade but saw that they come off easily. To make it the bargain of the year they only wanted $1 for them. Not sure where I will put them but know they will look great at xmas time for decorations.

This was my second buy the deers antler. Because the antler is quite straight it was quite difficult to display somewhere. If you have any ideas where I could put him, let me know. In the meantime will keep it where it is.
