I like the last photo best, think the actual flowers with the buds are more attractive. Have you thought of going in real close with your macro lens on the buds and on the 2nd photo I can see what is left of the bud when the petals are gone (by the bottom leaf, that would be interested up real close to see the detail inside there. After the petals drop Phil you will see a little dark green knob that will grow into your lemon
Oh forgot, the first one, the buds are lost in the background, maybe if you had a sheet of plain paper or something similar in a contrasting colour it would highlight the buds more?
the lemon flowers are lovely, mine havent got lemons on either, if fact not even sure what I should look for as have never grown a lemon tree before.
